To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain and promptly update your account information; keep your password secure; notify us immediately of any unauthorized access; and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@chiti.ai. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may use the Service for lawful business and personal purposes, including creating professional documents, generating content based on your original ideas, analyzing your meetings, and storing your templates and documents.

Violation Consequences: Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may be reported to law enforcement if appropriate.
"Your Content" means any templates, prompts, documents, meeting transcripts, or other materials you upload, submit, or generate through the Service. You represent that you own or have the right to use all Your Content, it does not infringe on third-party rights, and it complies with these Terms.
You retain ownership of Your Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process Your Content through our AI providers to generate outputs, store Your Content on our servers, and display Your Content to you within the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content, use it to train AI models, share it with third parties beyond service delivery, or use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be unique and could be similar to content generated for other users; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content; and you should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions without human review.
The Service, including its design, features, software, and algorithms, is owned by Pingalaa LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service; use our trademarks without permission; or remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
Certain features may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees, provide accurate billing information, and authorize us to charge your payment method.
Our Service uses third-party AI providers to power document generation and meeting analysis. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your content is processed by these providers, they have their own terms and privacy policies, and service availability may depend on them. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points: we collect account information, usage data, and document/meeting content; we use encryption to protect your data; we share data with AI providers to deliver the Service; and you have rights to access, correct, and delete your data.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT, UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated documents and analysis; the Service may be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues; and we do not guarantee compatibility with all file formats or systems.
Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINGALAA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD.
We are not liable for loss of data or documents (maintain your own backups), decisions made based on AI-generated content or analysis, third-party service failures, unauthorized account access due to your actions, or service interruptions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pingalaa LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of any third-party rights, or Your Content.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service; change features, functionality, or pricing; impose limits on usage; and update these Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, illegal or fraudulent activity, non-payment of fees, abuse of the Service, or at our discretion with or without cause.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@chiti.ai. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after a grace period. Export your data before terminating.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@pingalaa.com to attempt informal resolution. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes.
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration per American Arbitration Association rules, except for small claims court disputes under $10,000, intellectual property disputes, and disputes seeking injunctive relief. You agree that disputes must be brought on an individual basis — not as part of a class action.
For disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in DuPage County, Illinois.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pingalaa LLC. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
